I honestly can’t thank you enough for all of the many, thoughtful ways you assisted us when Dad died. You thought of everything way ahead of us. Your attention to detail was amazing and seamless. We have all commented on what a comforting memory Dad’s service will become and we thank you for guiding us as well.
With heartfelt thanks,
Daughter of Dr. Jefferson Weishaar

Thank you for your faithfulness to Ms. Sarah. In the last months before she passed away on 9 April 2017, she was concerned about what arrangements would be made after she was gone. She didn't have any documents or even remember all the details of what was planned.
I am so grateful that she put her trust in Hannemann Funeral Home over 20 years ago when she made her arrangements. She was a kind and loving soul and looked every bit the elegant woman that she was at the funeral. After 101 years of life she can now sleep next to her mother Agnes Smith in eternal peace.
Thank you and best regards.

I am writing this note to express my heartfelt thanks to Keith, Brian, and Shaun, of the Hannemann Funeral Home.
On March 24, 2017 my beloved business partner Joseph D'Amico went to eternal rest at Nyack Hospital at 3:15 AM. He told me in advance that he wanted to go to the Hannemann Funeral Home. I hesitated to call, in the wee hour of the morning, thinking I would get the answering service, well I decided to call, and it wasn't an answering service it was Keith. I apologized, for calling at 3:30 AM, and Keith said, “No need to apologize “I will handle it, and Joe will be picked up shortly. In no time at all, Joe was on his way to the funeral home. What funeral home in the county has a live voice 24/7 ? The Hannemann Funeral Home.
Keith instructed me to go home, and get some rest, and call him at 11:00 AM, at that point we scheduled our appointment for Saturday, because it was convenient for myself and Joe's daughter, not to mention he had appointments with 3 other families that day.
On Saturday when we got to the funeral home, we were greeted by Keith, Brian, and Shaun, I felt special. I felt like I was the only person they were helping and only realized later that in fact they were extremely busy and were helping several other families at the same time.
Joe's daughter Anne and I sat down with Keith he began to explain everything to us, gave us our options, and before we knew it Joe's funeral was planned.
I had my checkbook on hand prepared to write a check, and Keith insisted that he would wait until the insurance money came through. Not only did he wait, he helped us fill out all of the paperwork. He handled social security, military honors, the church, the music, and everything else that goes with the loss of a loved one.
No matter how young or old your loved one is you can never prepare yourself for your loss, but with Keith, Brian and Shaun guiding you and helping you make the arrangements it a win win.
So from the bottom of our heart, on behalf of myself and the family of Joseph D'Amico, we would like to thank you for your professionalism, your strength, your guidance, and your support. Joe would never have had the send off that he did without your help. Thank you again.
