Irwin Kantor (85) of North Palm Beach, Florida; Montauk, New York; Manhattan, NY; and West Nyack NY, tragically passed away this week. A truly devoted and loving family man, Irwin is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara; children, Robin and Peter Kantor, and adoring grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jack and Reid Kantor. Irwin was a Korean War veteran. He was an expert on international and domestic tax law, a CPA, MBA and JD, and was former Vice President of General Signal Corporation. After retiring from General Signal, Irwin taught tax law and accounting at the graduate business school level. He also pursued his love for boating and fishing in both Florida and Montauk.
Funeral services will be held at Hannemann Funeral Home, 88 South Broadway, Nyack, NY on Tuesday May 24, 2016 at 2PM. (845-358-0573). Internment on Wednesday May 25, 2016 at 1PM at Fort Hill Cemetery, Montauk,
