Condolence: I never knew what happened to Richard untill now. When him and his wife Jean was staying at the Dallas Pike Campground in Wheeling WV I was a young boy and didnt know many people and I met them. He taught me how to carve wood and make beautiful art out of wood. I got to learn how to shoot a BB gun really good. I would always walk down to their camp and Before I would get there had always said a very distinct thing, "Hey Richard". We kept in contact years afterwards but I got older and the farm I lived at burnt down so I lost his address and all. I am saddened by seeing this but must say he lived a good life. And he was a big inspiration in my life. You will truly be missed. -Michael
