John S. Brown Jr., a lifelong Nyack resident died on Wednesday, October 4, he was 70, Born in Nyack on February 9, 1947, John was a graduate of Nyack High School, Class of 1967. He attended Wesley College and Illinois State College. John enlisted in the U.S Air Force in 1971. He is predeceased by his father, John S. Brown, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth P. Jones of Nyack, a son Christopher of Georgia, a grandson.
A funeral service will be held at the PILGRIM BAPTIST CHURCH in Nyack on Friday, October 13 at 11:00am.
