Robert Charles DeMange a South Nyack resident for the past 7 years, died on October 31. He was 72.
Born in NYC, September 20, 1945, Robert served in the U.S. Army, serving in South Korea. Robert was a lifelong member of the Whitestone Volunteer Corps for over 30 active years. He was also an active member of the American Legion Post #1271 of Tappan, NY. Robert is predeceased by his sister, Marie. Robert is survived by his wife Lorraine nee Kelly of Dublin, Ireland, a sister Joyce, and a brother Thomas. He was a loving father to Scott, Robb, and his daughter Leigh. Loving grandfather to Gavin, Casey, Shane, and Charles.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 6 at 11:00am at the Tappan Reformed Church, 32 Old Tappan Road, Tappan, NY with burial to follow at the Rockland County Veterans Cemetery.
