Obituary for Donald White
On Saturday December 23,2017 Donald "Donny" White transitioned at Hope Hospice and Palliative Care, Providence, Rhode Island.
Born December 27, 1941 in Harlem, New York. Having family in Rockland County, he chose to relocate to the County.
He was employed by Clarkstown Pharmacy and King’s Daughters public library, Garnerville, New York upon his retirement he moved to Warwick, Rhode Island.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved Susie Cook, sons Derek White, Theodore Cook, and daughter Shauna Velez. Three grandsons Andre, Isaiah, Johnathan and granddaughters Lateshia and Carlina.
Great grandchildren Kaydence, Carson and Tylie. His sisters Roselle, Wendy and brother Barry. a host of nieces, nephews and good friends.
Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Lydia White, sister Dorrene and Brother Frederick Jr. He will be sorely missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday January 6, 2017 at 11 AM at the Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc. in Nyack, NY.
