Carolyn F. Best
It is with great sadness that the family of Carolyn F. Best announces her passing on Saturday March 17, 2018. Carolyn was born on September 18th, 1957 in Goldsboro, North Carolina.

While her children are her greatest accomplishments, her love for helping others led her to a career as a Caregiver for Camp Venture where she dedicated her time caring for the disabled, and was promoted to a supervisory position eventually, retiring after 29 years of service.

Family was very important and her love was endless. She enjoyed the surroundings of her children and grandchildren. While she was a great cook she also enjoyed dining out at some of her favorite Seafood Restaurants. She also enjoyed reading her bible, attending church services and watching her favorite western movies.

She is lovingly remembered by her Mother, Leatha Williams, and her 3 sisters; Leatha, Linda, and Patricia. Carolyn was predeceased by her father James Best.

Carolyn will forever be remembered by her 8 children, Monica, Kizzy, Teddie, Starrita, Steven, Stephanie, Bobby, and Jaylin and her 20 loving grandchildren: (Cassidy, Aiden, Tyrick, Kahliah, Jesiah, Minnie Gabrielle, Belinda, Elijiah, Teddie Jr., Rameil, Abijah, Blake, Brandon, Jacob, Jianna, Meikhi, Devin, Kemar Jr., Eska, and Mya), also her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
