Keith,

My thanks to you and your staff for interceding in a trying situation.  My son passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital and was taken to a local funeral home.  I requested a simple cremation and no funeral service, per my son’s wishes.  When confronted with the cost, I was shocked and felt helpless.  With a single call to Hannemann’s all was taken care of, bringing some peace to my family.

 I commend you for running an honest business that does not take advantage of grieving families, and for the exceptional care provided for Ian’s remains.
