Condolence From: David and Fran DeBonis
Condolence: Enjoyed reading your beautiful tribute to a most loving husband, father and grandfather. He was truly loved by his family and most respected by his friends. Loved to hear Jimmy's stories about the "Pipe" and the long lasting memories about their childhood which will never be forgotten. Our deepest sympathy to the Zampino family. Today and always, may loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength.
Our Love, David and Fran DeBonis

Condolence: To my Papa

I can’t believe you are gone. During the past week, not a day has gone by where I have not thought about you. I keep replaying my childhood in my mind and revisiting all the great memories we shared together. During the Christmas vacation you would always take Brett and I to NYC to see all the festivities it had to offer. I will always remember our visits to ABC carpet where you bought a snow globe that I have kept at my apartment for the past five years. I will especially remember when you moved into my house during the time Brett was away at rehabilitation to care for me and the rest of the family. You cooked for me, took me to school, brought me my tennis bag during the season, and always made sure that I had everything I needed. It was so hard to see you go through everything you did over the past years but I always admired how strong you were despite everything you were going through. Every time I watch the Yankees play you will be even closer to me being this was your favorite team and something you always enjoyed watching.

The entire family will miss you forever on but we will always remember you. I have many things that you had given me over the years and as I pass them in my apartment you will be even closer to my heart. Thank you for always being a special grandfather to Brett, David, Anna, Leea, Robby, and I. We all share a special bond in you. We will all watch over Gra as you did all of your life. We will always make sure she is okay and I know she will always miss you dearly.

I love you Papa.

Condolence From: Peter S. Karp
Condolence: Godbless the Memory of Bob Zampino,

A very kind and good man to his wonderful wife, Mitzi, my daughter-in-
law, Irene Karp, and all the family...Bob was especially a good and greatly loved grandfather to our mutual grandchildren: David Karp, Anna Karp, and Leea Karp...as well as, of course, to my son and his son-in-law, Matthew Karp. I'll remember him as an exceptional cook,
his pasta good for any and all holidays, as a forever New York Yankee
fan, and as an old fashioned marvelous carpenter and craftsman. He
was always there for everyone, which is one of the best things we can say about any man...or woman, and I cared for him. May his spirit, like that of my beloved wife, Mona, rest in peace with love, now and forever, Amen!
