Obituary for Dennis Michael Morgan
Nyack- Dennis M. Morgan formally of Nyack, NY passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019. He was 54 years old.
Dennis was born January 5, 1965 in Nyack. He was a lifelong resident of Nyack until a few years ago when employment opportunities moved him to Florida.
He was predeceased by his parents Gomer and Eleanor Morgan and his brother Jeffrey.
Dennis is survived by his loving family: His brother Gomer Morgan (Deb), of Summerfield, FL., his sister Jayne Bliss (Fred) of Conway, SC, his sister Jacqueline Goswick (Jim) of West Nyack, and also his loving and adoring nieces and nephews: Richard Callanan, Kelly Matthews, Joseph Bliss, Becky Bliss, Tim Morgan, Caitlin Morgan, Jeffrey Morgan Jr., Ryan Morgan and Tracy Morgan. Also 9 great nieces and nephews and many beloved friends.
Dennis will always be remembered by his family and all whom he touched in this life as a caring and giving man, who could always bring a smile to your face.
Calling hours will be Sunday, January 27th from 2 – 6pm at Hannemann Funeral Home, Nyack, NY. A Memorial/Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations in Dennis’s name can be made to the Mental Health Association Inc./Suicide Hotline, 140 Route 303, Suite A, Valley Cottage, NY 10989 or a charity of your choice
