Obituary for Patricia E. Delo

Patricia E. Delo
On April 22,2019 at her home in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey surrounded by family and friends. Daughter of the late Herbert and Catherine (Cannon Smith). Born May 1, 1937, in Brooklyn, she spent her childhood in Ozone Park and Rockland County. Graduated from Rockland County State Hospital School of Nursing in 1960. Completed her Bachelor of Science from Columbia University and did graduate work at Fordham University and New York University. She worked at Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla as a Nursing Care Coordinator, Division of Psychiatry, retiring in 1995. She moved from Nanuet to Little Egg Harbor, NJ in 2015.
She is survived by dear friends and by her cousins Margaret Donohue and Joanne Devine. She will be especially missed by her devoted and loving friends Badie Gerges and Dean Woodward. Pat will be remembered for her wit, charm, and loyalty. In lieu of flowers, donations to Veterans Associations, St. Jude's or American Diabetes Association in her memory.
