Shirley Taitt-Bowie passed away on December 31, 2019. She was born on August 21, 1957. Shirley is predeceased by husband Charles “Chuck” Bowie. She is survived by her son Jerry Taitt-Webster, step-daughter Michelle Bowie-Lee, mother Elsie Sargeant, her brothers: Carlyle Taitt, Justin Taitt, Benjamin Taitt, Richard Taitt and sisters: Joyce Taitt, Rosemary Sargeant, Annette Taitt & Sonia Wilson
Visitation will take place on Wednesday January 22, 2020 from 10 AM until 11 AM at Calvary Baptist Church in Haverstraw, NY. A Homegoing service will be held at 11 AM at the church. Interment will follow at the Rockland County Veterans Cemetery, New Hempstead, NY.
