FALLON-Agnes Sarah. 92 years old of Pearl River and Sparkill, NY passed on January 21, 2020 after a long and fulfilling life. Daughter of Mary and Martin Fallon and beloved sister to Anne Fallon, Margaret Peters, Bernard Fallon, James Fallon and Julia Worth (all deceased) and loving aunt to nieces and nephews Bernard, Michael and Andrew Peters, Robert and Joan Fallon, Claudia Fallon Anzalone, Mary Anne Worth and James Fallon and Linda Fallon Curran.
Agnes was born in the Bronx, NY on July 10, 1928 and graduated Roosevelt High School in May, 1945. She enjoyed a number of successful careers in Manhattan, NY working for E.I. DuPont & Company, Hemmingway and Bartletf, lnc., and TN Telephone, Inc. She later started her own successful business along with her sister Anne Fallon known as Annenbeg Antiques in Pearl River, NY. A longtime resident of the Bronx, Agnes relocated to Pearl River, NY in the early 1970s, and later moved to Long Beach, NY, Whiting, NJ, Thorpe Village in Sparkill, NY. And lastly, resided at the Tolstoy Nursing Facility in Valley Cottage, NY. She enjoyed travel, reading and lively political discourse and was an active member and contributor to the Democratic Party and various environmental and community organizations.
A private family service will be conducted to honor her and her life. Shewill be loved, missed and remembered always by her family and friends. Donations of care and remembrance can be made to the Tolstoy Nursing Home in Valley Cottage, NY.
