Obituary for Michel A.R. Jasmin
On December 2, 1935 Michel A. Ronsard Jasmin was born in Jacmel Haiti. As he evolved from a child into a teenager we could see the man that he would become. A strong, steadfast, assured individual. He was a very hard working man, who loved people, and had compassion for others.
On June 19, 2020, after a long illness, life as we know it took a turn, Michel A. Ronsard passed away at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx at about 6:30 P.M. leaving behind his wife: Simone Jasmin, his brother: Ludolph Jasmin, his sons: Gabriel Jasmin & Ruben Jasmin, his grandsons: Gavin Jasmin, Trey Anthony-Jasmin, Jeremy-Daniel Jasmin, his grandaughter: Noelly Jasmin, and friends who played vital roles in his life.
Our family wishes to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who have given their support, compassion, and love throughout this difficult time. We know in our heart he would not want us to grieve for too long. Rather, Michel A. Ronsard would have wanted us all remember the good times we all shared with him.
