Stephen Vincent Ward, 63, of Tarrytown, New York peacefully passed away at home on 1/2/17 after a short illness. Born to the late Robert and Caroline Ward, Stephen lived in Jamaica, Queens, New York, before he moved to Tarrytown in 1994. Stephen was a self-employed Life Safety Engineer. He was a part of many memorable projects based in New York City, and Westchester County. Stephen “Steve” is survived by his loving wife Donna Lee Ward (nee Lynch) of 18 years; His mother-in-law, Doris E. Lynch of South Nyack, brother-in-law Donald and Jenn Lynch of Valley Cottage, sister-in-law Doris and Craig Jensen of Glenmont, his nieces Devin Lee and Danika Eve Jensen, and nephews Shane Michael and Joseph Anthony Lynch, and his beloved dogs “The Kids” Lucie and Ollie. In addition, two aunts and several cousins survive him. Steve leaves behind many lifelong friends who provided unwaivering comfort to him until his passing.
