Phillip A.  Maynor
Phillip Alfred “Billy” Maynor was born on August 19, 1939, to the late John Maynor Sr. and Annie Mae Maynor and John and Josephine Bordley in Stevensville, MD. Billy passed away peacefully on Friday, December 23, 2022.
Billy served in the U.S. Armed Forces from 1963 to 1965, he proudly severed in the Vietnam Era. and moved to Spring Valley, NY in 1961. Billy retired from Town of Ramapo in 1995. He was a member of
Tappan Zee Lodge #79. He was and avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved to conversate about them while watching the games.
Billy and the late Virginia Stowers had two children Desiree Maynor and Cheryl “Chandell” Maynor (deceased). He married Mildred E. “Teen” Rieves on February 25, 1995, where he gained five bonus children Darrell Cotton (deceased), Beverly Crump (Larry), Tyjuana Parker (James), Rhonda Flowers, Dorian Epps, one God-Child Sharon Floyd.
He was preceded in death by his brother Carl George Johnson and daughter Cheryl “Chandelle” Maynor.
Billy is survived by his loving wife Mildred “Teen” Maynor, his daughter Desiree Maynor, his grandchildren Marquise Brooks, Jatoya Maynor, Michael Hobbs and Dominique Maynor and others, siblings John Milton Maynor Jr, Stephanie White, Shelia Maynor, Andrea Maynor, Johnathan Maynor, Tim Maynor, Angela Maynor, Antonio Maynor, Cynthia East, a devoted friend Shirley Cook, a host of bonus grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
