Obituary for Jean D. Coluccini

Jean D. Coluccini
Jean D. Coluccini (DeMartini) was born October 18th,1929 in Nyack, N.Y. to Charles & Florence DeMartini. She passed away peacefully in her sleep early morning on Friday October 27th. and was predeceased by her husband Alfred of forty-six years in 2000 and her sister Betty (Giacobbe) in 2001. Jean graduated from Nyack High School and worked as a secretary for the late Attorney Al Bryant. She met her future husband Alfred and married in 1954. They built a house in Yorktown Heights N.Y. where they raised their family. In 1996 they retired to Seneca, South Carolina and enjoyed their time together fishing, baking, and making many new friends. Jean volunteered at the local hospital gift shop and was an active Eucharistic minister at St. Paul’s Church. She relocated to Peekskill N.Y. in 2018. She is survived by her children, Wayne and Jody Coluccini, Cotuit, Ma. Gary and Tammy Coluccini, New City, N.Y. and Caryn Iraheta, Newburgh, N.Y., five grandchildren, Stephanie Broderick (Coluccini) Peter Coluccini, Carter Coluccini, David Iraheta, and Sandra Coluccini, and three great grandchildren, Kenndy, Landon, and Reagan. Calling hours will be on November 15th. from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Hannemann Funeral Parlor Nyack. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00A.M. on November 16th. at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Nyack.
