Obituary for James Thomas Dillon
James T. Dillon of Valley Cottage, NY, entered eternal rest on December 12, 2023. He was born to William and Catherine Dillon of Rockland Lake, NY, on May 8, 1936. He is survived by his wife Virginia Dillon, son Kenneth J. Dillon (Doreen), son David S. Dillon (Leslie) daughter, and Carol Liso (Dominick); grandchildren, Dominick Liso, Cristina Liso, Christopher Dillon
(Danielle), Joseph Dillon, Danielle Dillon, Alexis Dillon, Caroline Dillon, Brendan Dillon, great granddaughter Kayleigh Dillon; sisters Anna Mae Blanke (Edward) and Margaret Starkey and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by siblings Adelaide Begbie, Caroline Dillon, John Dillon, William Dillon, Richard Dillon, Robert Dillon, Ruth Bolson, Arlene Pavese, Catherine McLead, Patricia Metress.
James served our country in the United States Army. A dedicated life long volunteer and ex-Chief of the Knickerbocker Engine Co Rockland Lake, and a lifetime member of the RCVFA.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to:
