Condolence: Jim was more than a property manager to the Hudson Watch community. He was our friend. We will miss his easy going manner, his big smile, and excellent attention to our community. As a Board member, I will especially miss Jim for his guidance and concern in advising us on so many issues over our seven year relationship with Jim. My thoughts go out to Kathy and the entire Sterns family.
