Obituary for Tajhrim F. Pearson

Tajhrim E. Pearson was born in Alton, Illinois on July 19, 1991 and departed this life on November 5, 2019.

He was the first born of three children to Gloria Brooks and Marion Pearson, Jr. He lived the majority of his life in Nyack, NY and attended the public school system, graduating from Nyack High School in 2009. He continued his education at Monroe College where he received an Associate Degree in Accounting in 2011. His relentless pursuit of education afforded him a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and Accounting in 2013, from the prestigious St. John’s University. At the time of his passing, Tajhrim was on schedule to complete a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Spring 2020 from Mercy College.

Tajhrim was a wonderful son. He honored his father and mother. Tajhrim had a unique ability to impact the lives of everyone he came in contact with; family members, friends, students and coworkers. His humble spirit, his bombastic laughter, his kindness, his gentle nature, his swag, his low key sarcasm, his joy for life, his love for his family and above all his love of Christ leaves us memories to cherish for a lifetime.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Rosa Stephenson and paternal grandfather Marion Pearson, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Gloria Brooks and his father Marion Pearson, Jr. Sisters Tiffany Pearson and Tyeese Pearson. His niece Ulani Amedzekor that he adored. Paternal grandmother Marlin Pearson and maternal grandfather Edward Brooks. Aunts Lori Brooks-Jones, Neris Flowers, Katie Holmes and Joy Pearson. Uncle’s Sergio (Marivel) Blackwood, Larry (Crystal) Smith and Lyndon Pearson; a host of other relatives and very special friends.
