Condolence: Dr. Amster and I interacted closely for many years in his role as Chairman of the Clarkstown Zoning Board of Appeals and mine as Building Inspector. He was one of the most dedicated professionals that I had the pleasure and honor with whom to work.

Condolence: Arnold was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He loved Patti, his children and grandchildren and celebrated their achievements.
