Condolence: Karen Kennell was my 4th grade teacher. I will never forget her. She took me and a few of other girls from the school on our first camping trip.
I can still vividly remember that weekend. Her soothing soft voice made me more confident. Her encouragement is still ingrained in my heart. She was a beautiful person and I will never forget her. Condolences to the family.

Condolence: Sincere condolences from our whole family. Of the many teachers our four children had in the Nyack Schools, Mrs. Kennell was/is the gold standard. Her name has come up in recollections through the years, mentioned with the greatest respect. She was so very proud of her daughter, when we knew her in the 90’s, it was a joy to hear her talk about her. Again, heartfelt sympathy to the whole family.
